Equipped with a 3-horsepower motor and a durable gear transmission, the sturdy Hobart Legacy® HL800 Mixer is built to last. This heavy-duty mixer ensures consistent results and performs well, with minimal downtime while processing heavy loads. Featuring four fixed speeds (plus stir speed), this mixer also boasts Shift-on-the-Fly™ controls, which allow the user to shift speeds while the mixer is in operation. And, the patented soft-start agitation technology ensures a gentle transition and minimal product splash-out when shifting speeds.

The 50-minute adjustable SmartTimer™ puts a stop to overmixing and ensures accurate results. An automatic time recall function stores the previous times set for each speed, and makes multiple batches effortless. An ergonomic swing-out bowl takes the hassle out of loading and unloading, and the single point bowl guard adds an extra pinch of convenience, providing for a simplified process when mounting and removing the bowl. The bowl lock feature keeps the bowl securely in place during mixer operation, while the stainless steel bowl guard interlock ensures the mixer cannot operate when the guard is not in position.

The Power Bowl Lift, electronically powered, raises and lowers the bowl with the simple flick of a switch. The Stir-on-Lift feature continues mixing as the bowl is being raised, shifting to stir speed during transit and reverting to the preadjusted speed once the bowl is fully raised.

Mixer finish is metallic gray hybrid power-coated. Neoprene footpads come standard with this model.

This is a correctional facility model with maximum security correctional package.

Unit comes with a full 1-year warranty on parts, labor, and mileage against manufacturer's defects. Service contracts are available.
