A heavy-duty, 2.7-horsepower motor powers the durable Hobart Legacy® HL600 Mixer. Boasting a 60-quart bowl capacity, four fixed speeds (plus stir speed), and numerous safety and convenience features, the HL600 is your hard-working solution. Shift-on-the-Fly™ controls permit the user to shift speeds while the mixer is running. A 50-minute adjustable SmartTimer™ lends convenience, consistency, and ease of use, while preventing overmixing and creating accurate results. Hobart's patented soft-start agitation technology gently transitions speeds while reducing the prospect of product splash-out. The automatic time recall feature remembers previous times set for each speed and makes multiple batches a breeze.

An ergonomic swing-out bowl makes loading and unloading easy. A single-point bowl installation simplifies bowl removal and mounting, while the bowl lock feature prevents mixer operation when bowl is not in place. The stainless steel bowl guard includes a safety interlock functionality that prevents mixer operation when the guard is not in position.

The automated Power Bowl Lift feature raises and lowers the bowl with the flick of a switch. The Stir-on-Lift feature runs Stir Speed during mixer bowl lift; when bowl is fully raised, mixer automatically returns to the preselected speed.

Hobart standard #12 taper attachment hub (front-mounted) is included with the HL600. Attachments and accessories are sold separately.

Mixer finish is metallic gray hybrid power-coated. Neoprene footpads come standard with this model.
