Availability Policy
We have over 25,000 items in stock and ready to ship the same day. We also have agreements in place with many manufacturers to ship direct from their warehouse. Inevitably there are a number of items that the manufacturers will assemble after the order is placed, or our pricing agreement requires that we bring the item into our warehouse as part of a truckload order. You can call to confirm availability of an item between 8am and 5pm Central at 877-369-0396.
If your item is in stock, it will generally be shipped on the same day that you order, as long as the order is received by Noon Eastern time. Orders placed after 3pm will be shipped on the next business day.
In the event that an item is unavailable for immediate shipping or as noted in the product availability indicated on our website, you will be contacted prior to completion of the order, for confirmation.
The amount of time for your order to reach its destination depends on the shipping method selected by you during the checkout process. For orders shipped via UPS we provide tracking numbers using the UPS QuantumView tools. You should receive the tracking information directly from UPS. For freight deliveries you can request tracking information via email at sales@kitchensupplydirect.com after 5pm on the shipment date.
